I've been knowing Alessandra since the University time, in Rome. We both won a grant to spend one year in Paris with the Erasmus programme, in different Universities.
I then worked with Alessandra for more than 15 years in the field of architecture, urban planning and sustainable design. We were in the same team for two important design competitions: the rehabilitation of the Circo Massimo in Rome, and the Campidoglio 2.
She always proved to be a great and reliable professional, with a sound preparation and the ability to successfully manage multidisciplinary teams. Not only she is highly qualified and competent, but she is also very emphatic, being able to manage conflicts and negotiate with different stakeholders always with great command and general appreciation.
She is one of the most serious and reliable persons I ever met, and I would definitely recommend her for management positions.
